Oh, that men would praise the Lord for His goodness and loving-kindness and His wonderful works to the children of men! - Psalm 107:8
Praising God is an attitude of gratitude. When praising God becomes your second nature, God will be delighted to make frequent appearances in your heart to feast on your worship. He will be delighted to invite you over to a spiritual platform where His heavenly blessings are inaccessible to complainers.
If you have lost your train of thoughts because all your prayers are yet to be answered, you will be stirring the devil to make mockery of God in your life. Praising God is not just the choice attitude when life is looking good on you but also an attitude you need to display when life is hitting hard on you while you are not oblivious that hard times never last.
Praising God fills you with the delight that God is not dead and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. And that your situation is not beyond redemption. And that God is not sleeping round the clock over your situation but that He is keeping close tab on you, to make you a masterpiece of His wonders. You can't praise God and wind up as a prey for the devil; rather, the devil will be terrified when he discovers that he can't stop your praise while God motions for your raise over all enemies. May your soul not question your rationale to praise God but rather rejoices regardless of what you may be going through in Jesus name. Celebrate Jesus today!
