So then, brace up and reinvigorate and set right your slackened and weakened and drooping hands and strengthen your feeble and palsied and tottering knees - Heb. 12:12
There are different levels or measure of grace amongst God’s children. While operating at a higher dimension of grace, it behooves you to keep a low profile and not become high-minded. Such measure of grace can be deployed to the benefit of the weak hands and feeble knees. Dont assume others are less equal to you because you feel that you are the only one playing in the big leagues. However, the high dimension of grace you enjoy should translate to strengthening others and not to strangulate them.
When others can find their feet because you choose to give them a lift, you will be considered a kingdom builder in the sight of God. When leaders lose sight of their role in giving a helping hand to their team and building up their confidence to take up daunting tasks, their leadership value begins to fall short of the desired expectation.
Hence, identify the weak chains in your team and inspire them with confidence and nurture them to be competent to deliver results that make the grade. Help the feeble-minded to come out their shell so they could display boldness in the face of daunting tasks. As you deploy God's grace upon your life to the benefit of others, may you begin to see and reap the huge benefits of joy and fulfilment in Jesus name.
