Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. - Ephesians 6:10

The kingdom of God is not a vineyard for raising people who allow inferiority complex to hang over their heads but for raising people who become too complex for the devil to manipulate. Show me a man who is rich in God's wisdom and grace, and I will show you a man who takes the wind out of the devil's sail. The devil knows that heavyweight Christians aren't gullible and that he would have to sweat buckets if per chance he gets anywhere near in upsetting God's plan for their lives. However, Christians who are unwilling to heed wise counsel to build up their spirit-man are highly vulnerable to the schemes of the devil. Allowing the devil to lead you down the garden path without any difficulty, most likely indicate that you have not built a rock solid foundation to help you stand your ground. Hence, you need to be strong in the Lord and that means you need to MOVE FROM BEING ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY. Being extraordinary helps you to gain leverage over the schemes of the devil. Being extraordinary also means you have access to classified spiritual information to nix the plan of the devil and get him to bang his head against a brick wall in outright frustration.

When the Bible says, "Be strong in the Lord", it also means MOVE FROM FEAR TO FAITH. In Judges 6:12, the Angel of the Lord said this to Gideon, "The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valour". Although Gideon didn't think his personality fit the description painted by the Lord. Little did he realise that God had chosen him for a noble task, to get off his fears and go down fighting against the Midianites who had kept Israel on a tight leash. Because the Lord God couldn't put up with the affliction of His people, He commissioned Gideon, who thought little of himself, as the least in his family, to step up to the plate. However, when God says, "Be strong", it is a call to take the stage and let the devil know that you don't have any butterfly in your stomach. For Gideon, it was a call to sidestep his fears and proceed against the Midianites, in order to achieve a landmark victory for the Israelites. After attempting to push back on the task, he yielded the call and ultimately took a victory lap.

To emerge as a victorious Christian, you shouldn't allow the devil to keep you in obscurity. The Lord God might be saying to you, "Be strong", which could mean, MOVE OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE INTO YOUR STRENGTH ZONE. Today, God is saying to you, " Awake, awake, put on strength..." Failing to put on strength could give the devil the upper hand to rend your garment of royalty and make a public spectacle of your divine identity. Hence, you need to be on your guard to keep the devil at bay. Half the time, the damage caused by the devil often occur in places that are not declared as danger zone to his operation. However, when you operate in your strength zone, being fully kitted with prayers and the word of God, to keep the devil at bay, with heavenly host in attendance to spring to your defense, the devil doesn't deem it wise to overstep his boundary. Therefore, I pray the grace to keep fit and keep the devil under your feet, be poured out on you in Jesus name.
