Sow for yourselves according to righteousness; reap according to mercy and loving-kindness. Break up your uncultivated ground, for it is time to seek the Lord … Hosea 10:12
A distinguishing mark of impactful leaders is their ability to venture into profitable investment and earn promising returns on them. Wise leaders expend quality time in personal development, team building and enterprising ventures. They train their sights on values, ventures and virtues that are capable of yielding promising harvest.
Before a leader can employ his sickle to rake in his desired harvest, he must diligently break up his fallow ground and sow wisely for the future. The intellectual capacity of a true leader should rub off on his team and set them flaming with the confidence to do exploits. This assertion holds true for a leader who expends quality time to pound the books in order to break off from the hold of ignorance; and also to equip people within his circumference with the virtues to make impact.
True leaders seize opportunities to do exploit. David identified a fighting chance to reap in the harvest of victory, which was a tall order for the Israelites army, who were defied by Goliath. He jumped at the opportunity to call off the emotional harassment and trauma inflicted by Goliath on the Israelites. So, David appeared on the scene of the battle upon which he registered God’s presence and sent Goliath to an early grave. Therefore, I pray your heart be stirred to invest wisely in order to rake in overflowing harvest of enduring blessings in Jesus name.
