FIT YOURSELF FOR MAKING IMPACT

Daniel 11:32
"...but the people who know their God will be strong, and take action."

Impact making can be equated to carving your name on the hearts of people and not merely on marbles. When your disposition and actions stir up appreciation and gratitude in the hearts of others, it signifies that you are already on the pathway of making impact. One of the buttons you need to push to actualise this is to KEEP FIT PURPOSEFULLY. Because Moses had a sense of purpose, he refused to benefit from the privileges that were associated with being "the son" of Pharaoh's daughter, when he became of age. He threw the pleasure of Egypt overboard and got on course with God's purpose for his life. Being a man of impact, he led the exodus of the Israelites out of captivity, to put an end to their prolonged years of misery and slavery.

It also bears mentioning that making an impact will require you to KEEP FIT MENTALLY. Moses took advantage of the window of opportunity to be schooled in the prime college in Egypt. He was referenced as a  man that was full of wisdom. This partly accounted for the anointing for leadership which the Lord God bestowed upon him. Keeping fit mentally helps you to bridge your knowledge gap, prepares you to become a mine of information and ultimately sets you on the road to making impact. If you are not enriching your mind, life would seem like working on a minefield while struggling to pull through the challenges and changes of life.

Finally, the account of David is a picture perfect of a personality who chose to KEEP FIT SPIRITUALLY. David delighted in God's presence, in the worship of Yahweh and in the word of His power. His proximity with God endorsed him with the oil of victory over his enemies. Each time he approached the battleground, he never struggled to get a win under his belt. This underscores the import of keeping fit spiritually. The Bible says that those that know their God shall be strong and would do exploit. However, if you haven't backed off from a life of sin, you would be withdrawing God's back up to keep you standing in the face storms and from making you an outstanding personality. May the Lord God not withhold His support from you, as He graciously helps you to make impact globally, in Jesus name .
